When “Time Away” is active, what do you do when you receive messages from your buyers stating “My item hasn’t shipped! When will I receive it?” The auto reply in “Time Away” seems to only apply to not answering messages while seller is away.

Contact the buyer and refer him to the Time Away message on the listing and to check his Purchase History which will tell him what the estimated delivery date is.
