I'm a paraplegic who purchased a Battery back up for my medical equipment. The device was purchased in Feb 24 with a 2 year warranty. I contacted he seller who advised me to returning it an promised that they would replace it. I sent it via a courier with tracking and signature but they refund to respond now.
Not only is the device faulty but it is also faulty advertised as a CPAP unit back up (which I was using it for) but also an UPs unit which Is advise not to use this deice for
Trying to get any help from EBAY is a waste of time. I have checked all their help pages and you just go around and around in circles. I've use Ebay for year and this i the worst experience I have had. Not much help for a disable person. So much for inclusive. EBAY just seams to be a platform for off shore scammers now. Looks like Ill be going elsewhere now

As far as getting any assistance from eBay you are long past the 30 day Money Back Guaranty that eBay provides. Unfortunately you are most likely past the normal 180 days from payment protection provided by most credit/debit cards. You can contact your payment source to see if they can help.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
