Damaged Item.

Hi,

I bought a sink on Ebay, it was stored as it wasn't ready to be installed. When I checked it was after 90 days but it was damaged. 

I have messaged the seller but they do not answer. Ebay sends me round in circle with automated machines and no real help. Does anyone have ideas of how I can get help from Ebay or get the Seller to reply ?

I appreciate it is more than 30 days so I should have checked it sooner. But it would be polite if the seller actually replied and actually selling damaged goods.

Also, I was sold an "under mounted sink' but it is actually an over mounted sink.
