Does Ebay send out tax papers to turn into my accountant?  Or do I print them from the eBay website?  How would I find the information that I need?

Only if you qualify for a 1099k. 

But that would take over $20,000 in sales .

eBay has not issued the 1099-Ks yet, but when they do, you can download it from the Payments tab > Taxes in Seller Hub (if you qualify to get one).

You can also go to the Payments tab > Reports to download a transaction report for the year to get a lot of the numbers you'll want for completing your taxes.
