I DON'T CLAIM TO HAVE A "SOLUTION: NOR CAN I JUST SUGGEST FOR CUSTOMERS TO SWITCH BACK. IN FACT, MAYBE IT SERVES THEIR PURPOSES JUST FINE, BUT I REPORTED WHAT I THOUGHT MADE IT DIFFICULT FOR ME AND INQUIRED WHETHER OR NOT OTHERS MAY BE HAVING DIFFICULTY TOO.
