Switching to "Calculated Shipping"

I see only books and have all my inventory (3200 books) as shipping policies (media Mail). How can I shift my entire  inventory over to Calculated Shipping ?

Find each policy, click the ︙ 3 dots to the left and select edit

You will select "Media Mail" instead of Ground Advantage in this photo
