Suspected Pre-order scam

I sold a pre-order on here (releases 5/12) that I pre-ordered from Walmart. I just noticed that the Walmart seller that I pre-ordered from was third party and not actually Walmart. I suspect that third party is a scammers and that I might not even receive the pre-order,which I already sold on here, and already received payment. Any suggestions? I can possibly still cancel the pre-order from Walmart. But what about the email customer who has already paid me for it? First time seller here. Thanks.

Pre-orders must be shipped within 30 days.  If the release date is 5/12,if you do not receive the item in a reasonable length of time, then you can think about filing a cancellation for the item you sold, as well as for the item you purchased.
