I bought a phone from a seller that advertised a phone as unlocked but isn't. I confront the seller about his false advertising, but he will not even call Verizon to resolve the matter. All he wants is the phone back and could care less about my desperate need for a good phone and tying up my money is his cavilar selling practice. He says it was an error, but has no remorse for his actions.
