In the last week I have had five returns where the only thing returned was a poly envelope with paper in it. I have filed cases on all these returns but an email from eBay stated there is a limited number of these cases that they will approve. I have noticed that all orders were from accounts that were brand new and had little or no feedback from any other sellers. Tracking numbers reveal that the return parcels were mailed from a completely different part of the country. I suspect that scammers are selling items on other platforms, using me as a drop shipper and then filing a return to get their money back. I have already started cancelling orders from brand new buyers with no feedback but I fear that I can only do this so many times before eBay gigs my account for excessive cancellations. What can I do to stop this?
