Standard Envelope Question

Can a stamped cancelled envelope be sent using the standard envelope option? (see photo)

I suppose so but why? 

It may lead confusion at the Post office and you can buy new envelopes for very little money.

I didnt mean I would send that.  I would put it in another envelope with the standard envelope option.  I got screwed a few times by picking that option, the customer would choose that option and ebay wouldnt allow it. They shouldnt allow it if it is not acceptable like when first class is not an option when the weight is over the limit.

To use the ebay standard envelope option, the item has to be listed in a trading card/postcard/stamps/coins & currency category.  I am guessing your item is listed in a stamp category, so I believe it would qualify.
