In my shipping setup, I have "no excluded locations" yet a person from Hawaii who want to purchase an item, says the listing indicates I don't ship there. Not sure what is happening. Any thoughts?

Yes, and I did that with another that I sold and boom, it was lost in the mail so I refunded the buyer. I asked at the PO if I could get a tracking number and they said no.
