This is my first post to ask you guys and I would not finish or I did not finish the sentence it was supposed to say it was paying they wanted to be paid by credit cards through eBay so I made another post and I think it's more detailed sorry

ANY time they say that, it's a scam. You're describing a well-known scam ... we see questions about this kind of scam every day. Literally, every day. Does the "seller" say you get five days to test drive the car and if you don't like it, they'll take it back at their own expense? Oh yeah, and the sob story. Did the "seller" say her husband recently passed away and the car brings back memories? Or maybe the "seller" is military and unexpectedly is being posted to Iraq? Don't fall for this scam. There is no car, and the seller is likely in some smoky basement in an overseas continent.

Wow! U nailed it. But her son died 3 months ago. And don't want the car bringing back memories. 5 days to try it yupp all that I said. Should I report them,?
