I received a message by e-mail that from October 12, it is necessary to re-register. I followed the link, started registration, but I could not go beyond the first stage of the three. Can you post a screen shot of the message you received asking you to re-register? The screen shot you posted states that you are too early to sign up for Managed Payments.
