I can not sign in to my ebay account on ANY device.
ALSO, it is **bleep** NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to contact support, by any means!
I can't get on a chat, there is no longer a customer support phone line, I can NOT find even an email to request help. I actually had to start a NEW ACCOUNT just to get here!
When I try to sign in I get this lovely, unhelpful turd of time waster:
"Sign in initiated.
We sent a notification to your device.
Please approve it to sign in to your account..."
Exactly what **bleep** device?? It sends a nothing letter full of old dog farts to some poor frozen waif's phone who uses her vibration from the call to warm her **bleep** feet!
WHAT IS GOING ON!!??

You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen on this linked page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10
Or you can also contact customer service through social media.

Hopefully you will be a bit more polite with Customer Support.

"Sign in initiated.

That sounds like a 2-Factor Authentication message. If you set that up in your account, you should receive a message via the eBay app to allow you to sign in:
If you did not set that up yourself, perhaps someone else did.
If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an authorized user, see here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196
If you do not think you have been hacked, but you still cannot sign in, use a browser to go to the eBay Help page, pick the most appropriate category and use the "Contact us" link to get to the Chat Assistant. If you are not signed in, you will be given a link to sign in, but there should be another option "I can't sign in". Use that.

From there you should be able to request a chat with an agent, or request a call back if you are in North America.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
