eBay seller said shoes were new. He actually has two different seller names. One seller name on the item is danid95, The other seller name on the same exact item is DaniThriftingThingss. Yes that’s correct with two “s” on the second seller name. The shoes fell completely apart with bottom of souls falling off of shoe allowing me to fall off of the ladder. Seller claim shoes are new with tag. It was actually painted over leather black ink on top of old cracking leather. Souls were glued onto the bottom of the shoes and actually had stones stuck between the old original soul and the new glued on soul. eBay says they guarantee money back if listing not represented properly from seller. It’s easy to see the seller did not list issues correctly. Stating that the shoes were new when clearly they were used and repaired shoes. How do I contact eBay to get the eBay guarantee money back? Is there a phone number to call eBay?

No need to call Ebay.
According to Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee, you can file a Return Request for a refund.

Hi, My dates of actual show use are less than 30 days. The shows fell apart in less than 30 days of use, however the eBay purchase date until the shows fell apart was just beyond 30 days when I sent notice to the seller of said junk shoes and notified eBay. So I am past the time limit as eBay posted. The seller also locked me out from posting my buyer feedback. I would call eBay if a number is available?

Since you are past the ebay Money Back Guarantee, you can file a return case with Paypal, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from the date of sale. If you paid with a credit card, you can file a case with your credit card issuer.
