On every listing, under payment, it shows what countries seller does ship to. If India is not listed, then you should not bid on item. A Seller has the right to decide where he will ship.
You will not be able to pay and for seller to get refunded his fees for this listing that did sell, he will either open an Unpaid item Case or cancel transaction.
Ask the seller politely to cancel the transaction.
