Issues with address on label.

So I shipped out my item to the buyer on time , it said it was being delivered last night but this morning it says insufficient address after making it all the way across the country and buyer claims that it’s being returned to sender so I could use a little help to understand why this is happening?

@joyo6660   When/ if it makes it way back to you your options are refund for the item price only minus shipping.

Or send the buyer a paypal invoice to pay to ship the item again to a different address.  You are allowed to share contact information after a recent sale and the change of address is okay since the sale already took place.
