Shipping label error

A few times a week when trying to print a shipping ticket,  Ebay errors and states that it can't issue the shipping label.  I reported this multiple times to Ebay and they tell me that they know of the technical issue and are working on it.   This has been going on for months with no fix.  Recently,  I figured out that if you don't buy insurance the error doesn't occur and I am able to print the ticket.  However, this is not a solution I can use most of the time since I sell items that must be insured.  Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem.

I've not seen similar posts about this - esp if it's been going on for months.

If you don't get any replies here, try posting on the Technical Issues board.

You can also open an account with a free service like pirateship.com and link to eBay for labels as a temp fix until this is resolved.
