Shipping fees eBay quotes fee vs FedEx's actual fee

I shipped 5 items ALL weighed 35lbs  all had the same dimensions. They were the EXACT same.  I have shipped 15 prior to this via UPS the eBay calculator was exactly what I was charged....

eBay's FedEx calculator came up with a fee of      $24.85

FedEx charged me 

$29.02 shipping fee

$5.35 fuel surcharge

$6.35 signature service

$19.00 additional handling

$3.45 miscellaneous amount

total $63.17   EXPLAIN THAT

eBay discount ... ZERO

eBay help ... "contact FedEx"

Did all 5 ship to the same buyer?

What was the weight? 35lb can not ship for $29.

What were the dimensions?

Additional handling -  The rate chart shows $19 for irregular packaging to zone 3-4. What was the nature of the package?

Misc Delivery area surcharge? Remote?

They all weighed 35lbs(although FedEx said 36lbs on 4 and one was 35lbs) . All were 27x8x8 from Atlanta to Miami. With the eBay discount the shipping quote was $24.85(with signature). They were not to a rural area they were to Miami. All 5 were identical.
