UPS lost a package, it was investigated, yup they agree it was lost. Claim initiated.. eBay is the account holder for shipping even though I PAY. UPS sends claim to eBay... How do I get my money from eBay. You can't actually speak to a human at eBay....

I shipped 5 items ALL weighed 35lbs all had the same dimensions. They were the EXACT same. I have shipped 15 prior to this via UPS the eBay calculator was exactly what I was charged....eBay's FedEx calculator came up with a fee of $24.85FedEx charged...
