How do I cancel items I just listed for sale incorrectly.

No need to contact Ebay Customer Service.

TO END LISTINGS:

1. Go to the Active listings page in Seller Hub.
2. Select the checkbox next to the item you want to end.
3. From the dropdown menu, select End item.

@gertie-1952   In addition to what @lady_madonna has shared you can also Edit them and make corrections so you don't have to End them ... use the Edit button on the left hand side of the Active listing, this opens the listing form, make changes then click the Revise button at the bottom of the form.
