I need a customer service number I can tak to a live person; the number I call takes me back to the

website and everything that I have tried that they are telling me is not working. Why do they make it so difficult to get help with an item that is defective?

@eelm-7   Depending on your issue many here might be able to help or answer questions or advise you that getting in touch with eBay is the best approach ... your choice.
