When and why did eBay change. I went to look for an item that I sold and all my items are gone.

Ended items have always been removed after 90 days.

To see item title and price info, you have several options to see the last 2 years. Sold orders here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS - or sales performance here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/sales

To view further back, you can order a report that takes about a week to get. Go to account settings >> request your eBay data.
