Seller won't return item but wants refund

Can't seem to reach a live person at ebay to get help with this return.

I sold a 1990's camera I thought only needed a new battery since it worked the last time I used it.

Buyer states all kinds of things wrong with it.  Wants full refund but can't seem to return the camera.

NOW WHAT??

@sincerelycynda.  You need to approve the return shipping label in the return request.  

If the buyer doesn't return the camera by the deadline eBay gives them then you win the case.
