Is this normal? I ask a seller a question when they answer my question I receive: "unknown device using your account." The last seller asked a question was located in India. Maybe that's the reason.?. Should I change my password once again???

I always offer the eBay recommended shipping and "PARCEL USPS" options in every listing. WHY DON'T MY BUYERS SEE THIS OPTION ON MY LISTING? OR I'M I SUPPOSE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING TO PARCEL WHEN THEY NOTIFY ME???
