I was sent the wrong garbage pail kid card. I opened a return request bcuz the item was not as described. The description and picture showed an adam bomb card and I received a adam apple card instead. The seller admitted their son sent the wrong item, was very rude to me and told me it was my loss and immediately closed the return. I chatted with ebay agent and he stated bcuz the return was closed ebay is not able to help me get a refund. I am out $15 for a card I didn't want and that my son didn't ask for, for Christmas. I'm so upset. What should I do?

The seller can't close the return on their own if it was 'not as described' - what reason did you use for the return, and what reason is shown for why it was closed?
Their "no returns" policy only applies to buyer's remorse, not if they sent the wrong card.

I thought that's what I selected but it showing the reason as doesn't fit.

Unfortunately that answers it - "doesn't fit" falls under buyer's remorse and the seller can decline the return in that instance. eBay wouldn't be able to reopen it and let you choose another reason.
How did you pay - if with PayPal you can open a return there instead, but sign up for their return shipping refund program first.
Or a credit card chargeback if you want to go that route.

Guess I learned the hard way on this one. I can't believe I picked the wrong reason. They were obviously two different cards. I'm so **bleep**. How can people just knowlingly screw you over like that.

If the seller was able to close the case, it sounds like you opened the wrong type of case.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
