The buyer and I met for local pick up and completed the sale. However, the QR codes that were given did not work. How do I acquire a new QR code so I can clear up my sold page ?

@hansonfamilyplayers Ask the buyer if they also received a 6 digit code and enter it in the app instead.
If you would rather contact customer service here are the two ways to do so. You have to let customer service call you back if you choose that option as they are working from home.
You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen. If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.
