Seller has not sent my item & has blocked me

Hi,

I won a phone through bidding but I hadn't read that shipping option was only for pick up.

I asked the seller but he said this was okay, I just had to send him the shipping fee. It took a while because I had to save up for it so 90 days was already up.

I finally paid but he blocked me and I don't know how to report this. Please help.

Sorry, but Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days only.

File a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your payment source.

You took 90 days to pay?  For the entire transaction or just for shipping?  

Follow the above instructions for a refund through your payment source. 

You will need to find another seller because after 90 days of non-payment, they had every right to block you.  There is nothing to report.  Sellers can block buyers for any reason or no reason at all.  It is one of the few seller protections.

I paid the item after winning, it was the "pick up from location" I didn't realize. He gave me the shipping fee to my country & I paid through paypal after the 90 days period. I'm from a third world, it was very hefty compared to my currency. I explained the situation and obviously he could've cancelled but didn't. Instead, I sent more for shipping and when he took it, he blocked me.

@svm1948-85  since u paid with paypal, open a paypal case. if u paid for the item thru paypal as well, open the case for that too. otherwise, open the case with your credit card company.
