Seller does not accept refunds but didn’t send the correct item

I purchased an item that stated it was for suvs with a specific speaker setup. When it arrived it was not compatible. I’ve  messaged the seller but no luck. The item is listed as no returns but the description of the title was not correct otherwise I would not have ordered it. The automated system is no help. How do I get eBay to step in?

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM.  For the reason, select Not as Described.  ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your seller's no return policy is the item is not as described.  You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply.  If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in.  If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label.  Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you.  If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

It will not allow me to initiate the return for some reason. I assume because the seller doesn’t accept returns. I have reached out to the seller via message but no luck

Has it been less than 30 days since you received the item?  Make sure you select RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described.
