Why is the seller only allowed to leave positive feedback about the buyer? Or is there a way to leave them negative feedback?

Sellers have been prohibited from leaving negative feedback for buyers since 2008.

It is against Ebay feedback policy to leave negative comments within a positive feedback.

If the buyer has not paid, cancel the transaction after 4 days have passed due to "buyer didn't pay".
