How many seller accounts can one person have? What are the restrictions is you are not selling as a business owner?

You can have multiple IDs - each requires a different email address. Each ID can have a seller account. I don’t see where eBay sets a limit on the number of accounts you can have, but you must make sure they do not interact with each other. You can’t use one account to buy from another, etc.
You also won’t get the same selling limit on each new account as your current account. You can link your accounts together, so that you get more than a minimal selling limit to start, but eBay will consider all of your accounts when reviewing for a limit increase. If one account gets restricted they will all get restricted - you can’t open a new account to get around restrictions.

Thank you so much for the quick response! I'll try to find some information on linking accounts before I set up another account. Thanks again!

You are very welcome.
You won't see the link option until you are asking for a selling limit increase - see the note in the box on this page -

Your accounts are also automatically linked by your IP address - all accounts using that connection are linked together, so always be careful who you let use your internet connection, and using other people's connections.

Hi, I've been thing about your response for quite some time and I think it's best not to link my accounts together. I really appreciate your explanation! it was very helpful.
