Hi, my buyer doesn't want the item they bought because they just got one of the same products as a gift yesterday. They told me an hour or so after I shipped the item. Now they want to reject the shipment so its returned.
The other issue is that I am traveling today for a month and wont be home to collect the item.
Can they do that and would they get a refund?
How do I prevent them from giving me bad ratings or lying to ebay about me?
Can I force them to pay and take the item?
What happens if my item is lost or stolen while I am away?
How do I communicate all this to ebay?
