Scam

Hi, is this person a scammer? I went to the post office they said that it wasn't an address. I googled his name and address and this came up. 

I had this buyer with  8 McCullough Dr. U104458 New Castle DE 19726-9000 as ship-to address and I sent this item but it was sent to different zip code and buyer is asking for refund. 

There are many ebayers got scammed by this ship-to address.

Do not send anything and report the buyer.

I am fighting now.

@real39608   If you have tracking that shows delivery to the address the buyer  provided then you respond IN the refund request with the tracking number and you win the case.  

If they file a not as described refund request then the best option is to accept the return and issue the return shipping label.  The item has been forwarded on to their country so they won't be able to use the label.   You will get a refund for the shipping label after about 30 days.  

That address is a package forwarding company and there are good and bad buyers that use it.  The sellers that dealt with good buyers don't go on the internet and say that the sale went well.  People log on to complain only.  

Follow my advice and all will be ruled in your favor.
