Saved searches not showing thumbnails in email

the last 2 or 3 days when I open my saved searches that are emailed, there are no thumbnails just place holders.  Anyone else experiencing this?  Comcast said it's an EBay issue but of course you can't reach anyone to ask if this is a tech glitch
