I have repeatedly told ebay that I live in Ohio, and there is no sales tax on precious metals in Ohio. Yet they continue to charge me. They were supposed to refund my last 2 purchases from last month, but have yet to do that. My next step will be contacting my credit card company. I also cannot find anyway to talk to someone to resolve the issue. Ebay is simply expanding the problem, by making communication difficult.
