How are buyers able to upgrade their shipping? and I'm eating the difference?

@myownlittleworld2008  Buyers can only choose the shipping methods you offer on the listing.  I see that you are just using a generic "Expedited Shipping" on your listings.  I have never used that option so I am not sure what a buyer would see at checkout.  Expedited usually refers to a faster service such as priority. 

I recommend you start using Ground Advantage on your listings instead.     You can charge flat rate and state Ground Advantage for the shipping method.

 You can change the shipping method on your active listings using Business Policies OR Bulk Edit.  Let me know if you need instructions.

Buyers can only select shipping from what you place in your listing.  In looking at a selection of your listings you are offering Expedited Shipping which can be expensive.  Ground Advantage shipping may be more appropriate for your items and not take much longer to be delivered.

Buyers can only select from the shipping that you offer.  I don't give them a choice.  I only use USPS Ground Advantage.

I looked at 2 of your listings, and both stated you ship using USPS Expedited Shipping.  I believe that is Priority and Express.  If that is what is happening, change your shipping to either USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority.

BTW, when you ship using USPS there is no reason to block Alaska/Hawaii, APO, P.O. Boxes.
