I have a customer that wants to buy. He’s from Canada and when he goes to purchase he’s getting a message saying I don’t ship internationally. I selected internationally shipping when I posted item but not sure why it’s not letting him
buy. Since I sent an offer to him I can’t revise my listing at all. He’s from Ontario Canada and under international shipping it shows that we ship to Canada. What can I do to get him to buy?
