Sold an item, buyer clicked buy it now, PAID FOR ITEM. then said they did it by mistake and asked me to cancel, i didnt cancel because you can't pay by accident,  he warned me that ebay sides with the buyer under buyer protection for item not as described,  the item was as described, the condition was described as USED PRE OWNED and in the body i said i had them since high school etc etc,  BUT in the title the word NEW was present because that was the model name of the glasses Oakley calls them NEW Eye Jacket because they had an earlier eye jacket model,  so he referenced that as me calling them new glasses,  which they clearly weren't  so then ebay decides to close the case and issue him a refund upon sending them back THIS IS CRAZY..i even reported the buyer for abusing the return policy, because the reason for return should've been "i changed my mind" or buyers remorse!

You should've maybe said latest model.

He is correct that he can force you to take it back and pay return shipping. You'll end up losing shipping both ways. Or you could not hold his feet to the fire and go ahead and cancel and just be out .30.
