I have received an item that is not as described. The seller doesn't accept returns. I therefore can't start a return (even under 'not as described') it won't let me. I have contacted the seller but they have now stopped communicating. I can't then escalate to Ebay since I can't create a return to dispute in the first place! Can someone explain how someone in my position is suppose to escalate to eBay?
