I've started the return process on an item, and on my account screen it shows the case has been "escalated" but when I go into the case details it says the case is "closed." There are no details as to why it's closed. I have tried the option to appeal the case, but the system doesn't recognize I have any cases closed to appeal. I try to start a new case, and it says the case is already open. eBay was supposed to step in on July 12th, but they haven't done that. Is there any way to get ahold of a human working for eBay who can actually review this issue?
