I sell jewelry with a 14 day return policy and when a customer wants to return an item, ebay allows them a full 30 days to return it? How do I get ebay to change this?

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee policy is for 30 days from date of delivery which overrides a seller's return policy.

The 30 days are for return due to Item not as described.
And there is no changing that.

So any return policy under 30 days is pointless then? I wonder why they even give the option? Thanks for your response.

Your 14 day return policy deals with buyers that have buyer's remorse, such as item doesn't fit, found a better price, etc.
Ebay's Money Back Guarantee allows buyers 30 days from delivery if the item is damaged/defective/not working/not as described, etc.
