The buyer purchased a MINT sports card from me and now says there is an issue with it. They say it is "creased" in the A on TUA. I sent them pictures of cards just like it and of different players of the same card set that shows it is actually the way the card is printed to "look" distressed. It is a TIMELESS TREASURES card. Thus TIMELESS is the faux distressing in the printing. I can't contact ebay to explain to ebay the buyer is ignorant of this and there is not a defect in the card. I even took a buy it now price less than original value. I have enclosed pics they sent of my card, the original listing pic of the card, a pic of the same card for sale on ebay and a different player of the same set. Also a pic of the back of the card original listing to show the card is not creased or damaged. Also the card is 75 MM thick so I told them to turn it sideways and look to see if it had been bent. You can see the TIMELESS TREASURES set is printed with a distressed "look" from the attached pics but they are NOT distressed. What do I do? Now I am afraid the buyer will damage it before returning it.
