Retrieving Old Messages

Hello, I had a very important message from a seller last May and I forgot to archive it. My hard drive failed.  I didn't realise that all messages would be deleted unless archived. Is there any way I can request / retrieve those old messages from E-bay?  I tried "Contact Us", but it just take you back to choosing from fixed categories. Any advice would be appreciated.

eBay deletes messages older than six months.

You can request a download of your personal data and messages is one of the options. See this link:

@ncm200   besides the great advice from @inceptions  you can check your personal email that is registered with ebay if you had/have enabled ebay to forward to that email address
