I have looked and looked and can not find the form to open a case for non payment. Everything says its at the bottom of most pages...i'ts not. Where can I find this page so I can file a non payment?

On day 5, go to your orders waiting for payment and click cancel order in the menu next to the item and select nonpayment as the reason.
