I have looked and looked and can not find the form to open a case for
non payment. Everything says its at the bottom of most pages...i'ts not.
Where can I find this page so I can file a non payment?
My listings are not showing up in the category when I search for them.
An example is a listing of mine that is about to go off, I search the
title and choose "ending soonest", the listing is not there Why?
