I'm attempting to use My Reseller Genie for the 2nd time - 2 years ago I gave up, thinking my poor heart health at the time was the issue. Now, a heart transplant and almost 2 years later, I'm trying again. It's clearly a good program, but getting it set up right is not that easy - it's the tiny details I guess? I'm hung up on still having to manually enter COGS and a couple of other metrics. Why is this better than my Excel Spreadsheet? Can anyone truly recommend that program or another, and explain why it's worth paying for? I appreciate any feedback before I waste another day "trying to get it right".
