Buyer buys a book from me. I mail the book with my eBay label and it arrives to the address provided, however the address provided from buyer was not correct city. So the book should be returned to sender. ME.
The book has not arrived yet. Yesterday mail doesn't run and today is Presidents Day, but I feel like I should have already gotten the book back but have not.
Buyer opened a case. Ebay tells me to refund them since buyer has not received book - and cannot ever receive book unless it comes back to me and I reship it to the address """now corrected""" in the system.

I don't feel like this is fair or right. I may never get my book back that is worth $53 and buyer may never get book, but I have to refund buyer?
