Requesting guidance on accepting flat bid for two separate items

Hi,  I'm new to eBay.  I have two items on auction right now.  A buyer contacted me and would like to pay a flat amount for the two items and pick them up.  I know I am not supposed to end an auction early.  I would like to accept and move forward with this buyer.

Is this OK to do?  If so, how would this work and still follow the guidelines for eBay?

Thanks for your help.

If your listings already have bids, you can only end the listing to sell to the highest bidder.

You currently have 6 auctions, not 2.
