Is there an eBay report that summarizes the shipping fees charged on each order. I want to separate the selling price of the item from the shipping fees

The transaction report shows you the split of each item sale between item, shipping and tax.

Unless I am missing something, it looks like these reports only address shipping if you use the eBay shipping labels and I do not. My auctions have a fixed postage amount that I enter into the listing. So these reports do not help me.

The transaction report shows item price and shipping price (and tax paid) for each payment received.
The actual shipping is a separate transaction from the sale, which can only be shown if you buy labels through eBay.
Columns W - AB (from a recent report I ran) -
Item subtotal | Shipping and handling | Seller collected tax | eBay collected tax | Final Value Fee - fixed | Final Value Fee - variable |
-- | -- | -- | -- | -- | -- |
120 | 0 | -- | 9.9 | -0.3 | -17.21 |
195 | 0 | -- | 15.6 | -0.3 | -27.9 |
-- | -- | -- | -- | -- | -- |
39 | 9 | -- | 4.68 | -0.3 | -3.14 |
