Return request for item sent

Recently I sold two items and by mistake I switch with the two addresses , one of the buyers open a dispute. I apologised and requested (by texting them directly ) to return the items back to me , I got no response …what should I do now? Is there a formal way with eBay to send this kind of return request ? If they decide not to send the item back how can I refund the buyers ?

If the buyer opened a dispute through eBay, it is a return request. Go to the request and accept the return, so eBay can issue a return label and charge you for it. Refund the buyer after you receive the return.

If the buyer opened a dispute directly with their credit card, follow the instructions provided by eBay in the notice of dispute.
